- Classes payable by the half-term in advance
- If a student misses a class, fees for ONE CLASS PER HALF-TERM will be carried over to the next half-term. However, if the student chooses not to continue the following half-term, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
- For those wishing to start part-way through a term you are welcome to come along to a class without commitment. However, if you wish to continue you will be asked to pay for the remainder of the half-term in advance
- Please notify Suzy before the end of a term if you do not wish to attend the following term or fees may be due
- Term dates are subject to change but all changes will be kept to a minimum
- It may be necessary for classes to be covered by another teacher. These occassions will be kept to a minimum.
- Classes may occassionally need to be cancelled - fees for this class will be carried over to the following half-term or refunded if the student decides not to continue the following half-term.
